Program Overview
Bridging the gap between technology and strategy, Endicott’s new Artificial Intelligence & Analytics Management Program is the first of its kind in New England to prepare undergraduates for real-world AI deployment. Rather than just focusing on theory or coding, we train students to assess opportunities, manage change, and implement tools that drive results. Graduates are uniquely equipped to thrive in the booming AI industry.
The program is structured around the college’s four-year Endicott Experiential Edge internship model, with placements that progress from data-driven business exposure during the first year through a semester-long senior internship in an AI or analytics implementation role during the junior or senior year. Graduates are expected to pursue positions including AI implementation consultant, business analyst, AI project manager, and operations analyst. Students who wish to continue their education may do so through Endicott's MBA or Master of Science in Business Analytics as a fifth-year option.
