Endicott’s First Year Experience helps students build a successful foundation for their new college life in a social and supportive living and learning environment. It helps them foster positive relationships and develop resilience, persistence, and adaptability—skills that will last a lifetime.
Student Experiences
Endicott offers many opportunities and resources for students—from our Orientation events, Involvement Fair, and Wellness Fair, to First Year Residential Programs, Community Service Fair, and Commuter Student Programs. Find more information below about our more popular programs.
Orientation
Both our summer and fall orientation sessions offer unique information about the resources and opportunities that exist on our campus, as well as fun opportunities to connect with other students; attendance is highly encouraged.
First Year Residential Programs
Learn more about Endicott’s six Living-Learning communities, co-curricular learning environments within our residence halls where students will have the opportunity to immerse themselves in a particular topic and to live, study, and grow with people who share their passions.
Community Service
Over 40% of our student body participates in community service activities, and we offer a wealth of opportunities for students to volunteer and help those in need. It’s a great way to gain new experiences, help others, and make new friends along the way!
