A recent Boston Globe story highlighted Endicott’s new B.S. in Artificial Intelligence & Analytics Management, which will prepare students to help organizations move beyond simply adopting AI tools to effectively integrating them into their work.
Launching in fall 2027, the program will combine AI fluency with Endicott hallmarks, including experiential learning, required internships, and a liberal arts foundation emphasizing critical thinking, ethical reasoning, and communication.
“With this revolution of large language models, students that are graduating today have to figure out how to be good managers,” Endicott business professor Allan Glass told the Globe. “They have to figure out how the data is informing their decisions, and they have to figure out what this new capability of artificial intelligence is.”
The program is designed to prepare graduates for emerging roles such as AI product management and implementation, helping businesses determine not only which tools to use, but how to use them effectively.
“You’re now managing AI rather than competing with AI,” Endicott College President Bryan Cain, Ph.D., told the Globe.
