Audio and Visual Services
Endicott’s Audio and Visual Services team is dedicated to supporting presentations on campus while continually researching and implementing new technology across all departments. All event and AV requests must be entered in the College’s Event Management System (EMS). Students and adjunct faculty are required to work directly with a full-time staff or faculty member to register a request during traditional office hours—Monday through Thursday, 8:30 a.m. – 5:30 p.m., and Friday, 9 a.m. – 5 p.m. For more information or questions about the process, contact the AV Services team at 978-232-2152 or firstname.lastname@example.org.
