Endicott College offers a unique undergraduate business curriculum designed to help students compete in the rapidly changing, global world of business.

Students establish a solid academic foundation while gaining hands-on, experiential, and resume-building experience through our six degree programs: accounting, business management, entrepreneurship, finance, international business, and marketing.

Accounting Program BS

Acquire a strong foundation in the topics required to qualify for the CPA Exam, encompassing both accounting and general business courses.

Business Management Program BS

Develop the authoritative perspective and personal leadership skills to manage effectively in a business environment of increasing complexity.

Entrepreneurship Program BS

Master the challenges of creating new business models, either through your own start-up businesses or innovating in the corporate world.

Events Management BS

An interdisciplinary program combining business management coursework with core courses in the field of Event Management.

Finance Program BS

Gain a broad understanding of financial markets and the tools financial managers use in corporate and international finance.

Healthcare Management BS

Gain healthcare knowledge combined with skills in business to prepare you for a career in various environments from the boardroom to the hospital and beyond.

Hospitality Management Program BS

A dynamic program that explores the hospitality industry, including marketing, restaurant management and events management.

International Business Program BS

Examine the complex challenges that face managers when organizations and products cross national borders.

Marketing Program BS

Develop skills to incorporate elements of data analysis, strategy, and creativity to help organizations market products, services, or ideas.

Dual Business Majors

The common business core allows students to major in two School of Business programs without extensive extra time in their graduation cycle.

Fifth Year MBA

Endicott Curtis L. Gerrish School of Business students have the opportunity to continue their education in a time- and cost-saving manner with a Fifth Year Master of Business Administration.

Majoring in marketing with a minor in graphic design, Justin McCormick was able to work on various projects during his semester-long internship for Gorton’s Seafood. During this time he gained valuable experience while also reigniting his passion for social media marketing.
