FERPA Policy

In compliance with the Federal Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act of 1974 (FERPA), the College will not release any information to any third party, except in accordance with the provisions of the act. Directory information may be disclosed without violating FERPA. All students receive a copy of the FERPA policy annually. The College requires that all students complete and sign an Annual Dependency Disclosure Statement.
