Reunion Weekend June 12-14, 2020

Does your class year end in a 5 or a 0? If it does, start planning with your former classmates to return to Endicott College for Reunion! Reunion Weekend is when hundreds of alumni come together to reconnect and celebrate the milestones they've made since graduation. 

Registration 

Registration for Reunion Weekend will be open as of March 1, 2020. To register online, please click the below button that matches your class year. Registration can also be mailed in with a check or processed over the phone with the Alumni Office.

Schedule of Events

Highlighted Reunion events include a Welcome Dinner at Tupper Manor, a Rooftop Reception, various campus workshops, an All-Class Clambake, a Misselwood Music Dinner, a Salem Harbor Boat Cruise, and Farewell Brunches! Please note some events are for specific class years. 
  • Friday, June 12
    1–8:30 p.m.
    Reunion Weekend Welcome Center & Check In 
    Walter J. Manninen Center for the Arts
    Pick up Reunion Weekend packets and on-campus housing keys. Light refreshments available.

    6–6:30 p.m.
    Golden Gulls Champagne Toast 
    Tupper Manor, Ballroom 
    Members of the Classes 1941-1970 are invited to a special champagne toast celebrating their 50th reunion and beyond. This event is for 1941-1970 class members only. 

    6:30–10 p.m.
    Welcome Dinner*
    Tupper Manor 
    Begin Reunion with an elegant evening at Tupper Manor starting with an open bar cocktail reception followed by dinner, desserts, drinks, and live music. The College’s two prestigious alumni awards will be presented at this popular event that offers the perfect chance to connect and reminisce. 

    9–11 p.m. 
    Center for the Arts Rooftop Reception 
    Walter J. Manninen Center for the Arts 
    For those who are aren’t quite ready to end the evening, join alumni on the rooftop deck of the Center for the Arts for music, drinks, hors d’oeuvres, and reconnecting. 

    (W): Participate in on-campus workshops taught by Endicott professors and alumni. Space is limited and registration is required.
    (T): Be a part of the tours taking place on campus. Space is limited and registration is required.

  • Saturday, June 13
    7–10 a.m.
    Breakfast Buffet*

    8 a.m.–6:30 p.m.
    Reunion Weekend Welcome Center & Check In 
    Manninen Center for the Arts
    For those arriving Saturday, pick up your Reunion Weekend packets and on-campus housing keys. Light refreshments available.

    8–9 a.m.
    Wake Up Yoga at the Beach (W)
    Misselwood Estate, Back Lawn 
    Bring your yoga mats and join fellow alumni for a morning session overlooking the ocean taught by Emily O’Halloran ‘14. 

    9:30–10:30 a.m.
    Exploring Endicott’s Virtual Reality Lab (W)
    Ginger Judge Science Center, Floor 4
    Dean of Arts & Sciences Gene Wong will introduce virtual reality, explain how students are using VR in the classroom, and allow alumni a chance to try it out.

    Zumba (W)
    Post Sport Science & Fitness Center, Aerobics Room 
    Join a certified Zumba instructor for a fun and interactive session. 

    Spiritual Meditation (W)
    Chapel
    Join Reverend Gail Cantor, director of spiritual life at Endicott, for a meditation class to start your day. Class will include meditation, conversation, and takeaway tips for practicing on your own. 

    9:30–11 a.m.
    Silk Painting (W)
    Walter J. Manninen Center for the Arts, Room 313
    Adjunct faculty Taylor Harnish will instruct you on how to use special dyes to create a beautiful piece of silk art. 

    10 a.m.–noon 
    Campus Trolley Tour: A Ride Through Time (T)
    Walter J. Manninen Center for the Arts, Outside 
    Board a complimentary trolley for a narrated tour of campus by one of Endicott’s student tour guides. Come see how the landscape has changed since you were a student. 
    Tours run every 30 minutes. Registration required. 

    11 a.m.
    Walking Campus Tour (T)
    Walter J. Manninen Center for the Arts, Outside Steps
    Enjoy a one-hour walking tour of campus led by Endicott’s own student tour guides.

    11 a.m. 
    Leave Your Legacy Planning Session (W) 
    Walter J. Manninen Center for the Arts, Spencer Gallery, Room 116 
    Throughout life’s stages, your investment strategies, wealth management, and estate planning should be revisited for adjustments. Endicott’s director of planned giving will teach you about planned gifts, charitable gift annuities, and charitable trusts that can help you leave a lasting legacy at the College. 

    11 a.m. 
    Financial Planning & Advice for the Future (W)
    Gerrish School of Business, Conference Room 204
    Join Tyler Johnson ’18 of Northwestern Mutual for a session on financial planning for your future, including repaying loans, insurance, and more.  

    12:30 p.m.
    All-Class Lobster Bake & President’s Welcome Address*
    Misselwood Tent 
    President Steven R. DiSalvo, Ph.D. welcomes alumni, family, and friends back to campus. Enjoy a traditional New England lobster bake and buffet, play lawn games, and enjoy spectacular views from the College’s Misselwood Estate. Tickets include one drink ticket and one lobster ticket. Non-lobster option available as well. Cash bar to follow. Entry is complimentary for Golden Gulls (Classes 1941-1970).

    2:30 p.m.–4:30 p.m.
    President’s Reception
    Beechwood Lawn
    President DiSalvo and his wife, Eileen, invite you to enjoy the beautiful views of the Atlantic Ocean. Spend time with classmates, friends, faculty, and staff. Complimentary wine, beer, and hors d’oeuvres will be served. 

    4 p.m.
    Walking Residence Hall Tour (T)
    Manninen Center for the Arts, Inside Lobby 
    Revisit your days living on campus with a tour of your old residence hall. Led by an Endicott student.

    5–6 p.m. 
    “Chicken Patty Satty”*
    Marblehead Quad
    Come grab a chicken patty before heading out for the evening! 

    7–10:30 p.m.
    Moonlight & Music at Misselwood*
    Join fellow classmates and friends for a dinner event at the Misselwood Tent. Catch the moon over the ocean, listen or dance along to Horizon and the Horns, and enjoy being back on campus. Following the dinner, dessert and coffee will be available. The perfect nightcap. 

    7–9 p.m. 
    Salem Harbor Boat Cruise* 
    Busses board at Marblehead Quad at 6 p.m.
    Join alumni celebrating both their five- and ten-year Reunions for a sunset boat cruise around the North Shore coastline. DJ music, cocktails, and hors d’ouevres will be available. Ticket price includes two drink tickets; cash bar to follow. This event is only for the Classes 2010-2015. 

    9:30–11 p.m. 
    Moonlight & Music at Misselwood: After Hours 
    Following the boat cruise, keep dancing the night away to Horizon & the Horns at the Misselwood Tent. Anyone who attends will receive one drink ticket, cash bar to follow. 

    10 p.m.–midnight
    Reunion Weekend Late Night
    Gully’s, Ground Level of the Ginger Judge Science Center 
    The newest social venue on campus will be open late night for those who’d like to continue reminiscing with classmates after the formal evening activities conclude. Late night snacks and a cash bar will be available.

    (T): Be a part of the tours taking place on campus. Space is limited and registration is required.

  • Sunday, June 14
    8 a.m.–noon
    Check Out
    Manninen Center for the Arts & Marblehead Hall 
    Be sure to return your on-campus room key before you leave. Coffee and a continental breakfast will be available in the lobby of each location. 

    9–11 a.m.
    Farewell Reunion Weekend Brunch*
    Tupper Manor
    Enjoy one last chance to spend time with fellow classmates and celebrate at Endicott’s famous Strawberry Brunch. This event is only for Classes 1941-2005. 

    10 a.m.–noon 
    Mimosa Brunch at Gully’s* 
    Finish off the weekend with brunch and a mimosa bar as you say goodbye to classmates and friends. This event is only for Classes 2010 and 2015. 

    (W): Participate in on-campus workshops taught by Endicott professors and alumni. Space is limited and registration is required.
    (T): Be a part of the tours taking place on campus. Space is limited and registration is required.

Event Menus

Catering menus will be available upon request beginning in April 2020. If there are any allergies/dietary restrictions/concerns regarding catering please be sure to include that with your registration or contact the Alumni Office prior to Reunion in order to make all necessary accommodations.

Housing Accommodations

Alumni returning for Reunion may stay in on-campus housing. On campus accommodations can be selected on the registration form. Accommodations include linen packages (sheets, a light blanket, pillow, pillowcase, and a towel) along with hand soap, toilet paper, tissues, trashcans, and two water bottles. Suggested extra items to bring include: extra pillows, extra towels, a heavier blanket and/or a comforter, an alarm clock, hangers, and toiletries - shampoo, conditioner etc. 

Traditional-style housing and suite-style housing are both available. Traditional-style housing would be a room by yourself, with a guest, or with a roommate of your choice. Suite-style housing would be two bedrooms with 2 or 3 twin size beds, a private bathroom, kitchen, and living room area. Suite-style housing is limited. If suite-style is not available you will be placed in traditional-style housing. In all options, class years will be grouped together. The Alumni Office will try to accommodate all housing requests to the best of our ability. 

If you are choosing to room with fellow classmates please be sure your entire group signs up around the same time and puts the names of all requested roommates. Alumni will only be housed with another person if it is requested and if their group is fully registered. 

If you would like hotel accommodations, located on campus is the Wylie Inn. A discounted rate is available for alumni attending Reunion. Please call the Inn directly at 866-333-0859. 

Shuttles

Shuttles will be available at peak hours around campus throughout the weekend and are handicap accessible. Transportation to or from campus is not provided. 

Guests 

Alumni of other class years, non-alumni guests, and children are more than welcome to join you for Reunion Weekend. Special children's pricing is available upon request, please contact the Alumni Office with inquiries. 

Reunion Giving

An important tradition for Endicott graduates celebrating Reunion Weekend is supporting the Endicott College Annual Fund with a Reunion Gift. Your gift makes a difference! Alumni gift participation is a key factor used by U.S. News and World Report where we are currently ranked 25 in Universities in the North. Any gift you make to Endicott before June 30th will count. Thank you for your support!
