Homecoming and Family Weekend

Students, alumni, and families, we are excited to welcome you to campus October 1–3, 2021, for a weekend full of excitement at Homecoming & Family Weekend. See below for a list of our events. Purchase your tickets online today!

Special guests on campus for the weekend are members of the Class of 2020 and their families, who are celebrating their Endicott College achievements with a series of exclusive events. Events for the Class of 2020 only are notated with *** and ****.

  • Friday, October 1

    Class of 2020 Lobster Bake***

    Come enjoy stunning views at Misselwood with a refreshing beverage, lobster, and laughter with friends from your class. This event will also provide a vegetarian and substitute option for lobster.

    Join us for a delicious pig roast. Additional food options will be provided. Board students may use one allocated meal to attend dinner. Students’ guest meals may not be used.

    Honors Reception

    Join us in a celebration honoring students in the Endicott Scholars Program, Alpha Phi Sigma, Eta Sigma Delta, Iota Gamma Chi, Kappa Delta Pi, Lambda Pi Eta, Mortar Board, Phi Alpha Theta, Phi Epsilon Kappa, Phi Sigma, Psi Chi, Pi Sigma Alpha, Sigma Beta Delta, Sigma Iota Rho, Sigma Tau Delta, Sigma Theta Tau, and Sigma Xi honor societies.

    Join the Office of Alumni Relations for one of Endicott's oldest senior class traditions—Luminaries. The 2020 class gift will be presented, followed by a champagne toast and lighting of the traditional luminaries.

    Athletic Tributes and Hall of Fame Induction Ceremony

    Kick off the weekend with alumni, family, friends and the Endicott community at the Homecoming welcome, which includes the athletic banner raising celebration and athletic Hall of Fame inductions.

    Yoga at the Beach*

    Join us for a relaxing start to the morning with yoga on the beach! Limited yoga mats available. This event is free. Please register ahead of time.

    The Gull Club Hall of Fame & Donor Appreciation Brunch

    Join us in thanking athletic donors and celebrate the successes, past and present, of Endicott Athletics. Guests are invited to join Director of Athletics, Dr. Brian Wylie, the 2021 Hall of Fame inductees, and other distinguished alumni for brunch immediately following the banner raising ceremony in MacDonald Gymnasium.

    Angle Makerspace Open House
     
    Come visit the Angle Makerspace in the School of Science & Technology. Here students have access to equipment, tools and supplies to work on school projects or make personal projects. The makerspace has multiple 3D printers, electronic equipment, 3D modeling software, hand tools and more. Students are encouraged to come and create, build and learn for school or personal projects in Endicott’s makerspace. Student samples of work will be displayed, and 3D printers will be demonstrated.

    EC Gulls Fan Fest

    Join us to celebrate Homecoming & Family Weekend with spirit giveaways, food trucks, inflatables, children’s activities, and a 21+ beer garden*! There is something for everyone—families, staff, faculty, alumni, and current students—at our Gull fan festivities. Beer garden is open from 11 a.m.–3 p.m.; tickets are required.

    *Cost for beer garden: $20 includes access to beer garden, two drink tickets, and a food voucher. You must be 21+ to purchase. A $10 purchase includes access to the beer garden and a food voucher.

    Class of 2021 Gift Dedication*

    During the half-time show, cheer on the Class of 2021 as Dr. DiSalvo officially dedicates their Senior Class Gift from the field and thanks the class for their fundraising efforts that helped to renovate the main bridge across the lake on campus.

    Class of 2021 alumni: please gather at the bridge immediately after the football game for a photo op!

    Class of 2020 Recognition Ceremony****

    Join your fellow Class of 2020 alumni in the Linda Cleary Lecture Hall for a Recognition Ceremony of all your accomplishments during your years at Endicott. The ceremony will feature an opportunity to walk across the stage with your name being read, receive an honorary gift from the College, and pose for a photo with President Steven R. DiSalvo, Ph.D. We encourage you to wear your regalia and bring your diploma for photos. Be sure to let us know how many guests you plan to bring so we can ensure a meaningful experience for all. This event is for Class of 2020 Alumni & family guests only.

    To conclude the festivities of the Class of 2020 Celebration Weekend, join us for a celebratory reception in the Misselwood tent. You will enjoy a mimosa bar and beer garden, a photo booth area, hors d'oeuvres, and lawn games.

    New England Lobster Bake*

    Cost: $35 for current Endicott students; $40 per person for family members, guests, and alumni

    Please join us for a traditional New England lobster bake as we wind down after a busy day of Homecoming & Family Weekend activities. Dinner will be served until 7:45 p.m.

    Students may not use their meal plans for this meal.

    Join your fellow students at Misselwood Tent for Endicott College’s annual President’s Ball. This event will be packed with activities including a DJ, photo booth, games, soft drinks, and all-you-can-eat chicken fingers and mozzarella sticks. Formal attire is required for this event. This event is for current Endicott students only and requires registration—purchase your tickets today. Registration will close on September 29.

    Endicott’s ensembles give a taste of the season to come with selections of music, theater, and dance in honor of this Homecoming & Family Weekend. Ensembles to include: Endicott Singers, Mainstage Theater, Repertory Dance, Chamber Ensemble, Jazz/Rock Ensemble, Percussion Ensemble, and more. Featuring a performance of the newly commissioned Alma Mater written by President DiSalvo and music professor George Darrah. Purchase your tickets today!

    There are several local hotels available to stay in during Endicott College's Homecoming & Family Weekend!

    Wylie Inn – Rooms are blocked specifically for Endicott's Homecoming and Family Weekend. When you are calling, say you are looking to reserve a room for Endicott College's Homecoming and Family weekend and you will receive a room in the block. The Wylie Inn’s nightly room rate starts at $179. This is a two-night minimum stay location.
     
    Best Western Plus Danvers – Rooms are blocked specifically for Endicott's Homecoming and Family Weekend. When you are calling, say you are looking to reserve a room for Endicott College's Homecoming and Family weekend and you will receive a room in the block.  The Best Western nightly room rate starts at $139. This is a two-night minimum stay location.

    Sonesta Select Boston Danvers – Rooms are blocked specifically for Endicott's Homecoming and Family Weekend. When you are calling, say you are looking to reserve a room for Endicott College's Homecoming and Family weekend and you will receive a room in the block. Sonesta Select will be giving a 15% discount bringing the nightly room rate to $314. Use the group code 2109ENDICO or call reservations and ask to be booked within the Endicott College block. This is a two-night minimum stay location.

    SpringHill Suites by Marriott Boston Peabody – Rooms are blocked specifically for Endicott's Homecoming and Family Weekend. When you are calling, say you are looking to reserve a room for Endicott College's Homecoming and Family weekend and you will receive a room in the block. The SpringHill Suites will be giving a 21% discount off the main price bringing the nightly room rate to $219.

    Holiday Inn & Suites: Boston-Peabody – Rooms are blocked specifically for Endicott's Homecoming and Family Weekend. When you are calling, say you are looking to reserve a room for Endicott College's Homecoming and Family weekend and you will receive a room in the block.  The Holiday Inn & Suites will be giving a 10% discount bringing the nightly room rate to $219. This is a two-night minimum stay location.

    Boston Marriott Peabody – Rooms are blocked specifically for Endicott's Homecoming and Family Weekend. When you are calling, say you are looking to reserve a room for Endicott College's Homecoming and Family weekend and you will receive a room in the block. The Marriott will be giving a discounted rate of $269 each night.

Purchase or reserve your tickets online. Tickets will also be available for purchase/picked up on Friday or Saturday.

Tickets will be available for pick-up on Friday and Saturday at the Homecoming & Family Weekend Central table located in the Callahan Center, lower level.

The deadline to register is October 1; deadline for reservations/ticket purchase and cancellation is September 29, 2021.  Refunds cannot be offered after this date.

 

Parking Information:

Off-Site parking and shuttling operations will be available Saturday, October 2. We ask that guests park at the North Shore Music Theatre to be shuttled to campus. Shuttles will be running from 8:30 a.m.-9:30 p.m.
