Campus Improvements
They’re here. They’re non-skid. They’re the new brick crosswalks that replace the former blue and white painted paths, completing a multi-year effort to improve both safety and aesthetics around campus.
But that’s not all: The Lodge has also welcomed a new dining option with the opening of Pablo’s, a Chipotle-style eatery offering customizable bowls, burritos, salads, and fresh ingredients as another convenient meal choice for Gulls.
President Cain Launched an Insta
And while you’re taking a good look around, you might notice that President Bryan Cain, Ph.D., is Instagram official.
His account, which has already offered a cheeky behind-the-scenes look at how he launched his account, promises to offer an inside look at campus life, memorable moments, and his first full year leading Endicott as our eighth president.
Inauguration & Convocation
The fall semester officially begins on Tuesday, September 1, with one of the most significant events in Endicott's history.
Our joint Inauguration & Convocation ceremony will both welcome the Class of 2030 and formally inaugurate Dr. Cain. The celebration begins at 3:45 p.m. at Hempstead Stadium and will be followed by a campus-wide barbecue in the Quad.
Student Wellness, Reimagined
Students returning this fall will benefit from a new model of care at the Health Center, where medical services are now provided directly through Endicott's Wellness Center.
By bringing these services in-house, the College can offer more integrated, coordinated care, making it easier for students to access physical and mental health support in one place.
Misselwood Celebrates 20 Years
This year marks the 20th anniversary of Misselwood Events at Endicott. From weddings and conferences to concerts and community gatherings, Misselwood brings thousands of guests to Endicott each year while generating important revenue that supports the student experience. The estate is also home to La Chanterelle, the student-run experiential classroom where business and hospitality management students develop their skills in a real-world setting.
The milestone comes during a remarkable year of anniversaries: Beverly is celebrating its 400th anniversary, while the nation commemorated its 250th anniversary on July 4, placing Endicott's own history within an especially meaningful moment for both the city and the country.
The anniversary coincided with another successful Misselwood Concours d’Elegance in July, when more than 1,200 attendees flocked to campus to witness 110 extraordinary vehicles showcased along the Atlantic Ocean. This year’s event honored entrepreneur and philanthropist Ernie Boch Jr. as the Distinguished Patron while continuing to raise more than $50,000 in scholarship support for the Inspire Scholarship for first-generation college students.
A Brand Refresh
You may also begin noticing a refreshed visual identity across campus and in College communications.
Led by the College Communications & Marketing Creative Services team, the brand refresh introduces an expanded color palette inspired by the North Shore coastline, streamlined logos, and a shift from diagonal lines to more fluid movement. Subtle refinements to the Endicott shield—now also a versatile graphic element—bring modern energy and greater flexibility to the College’s brand.
Inspiring the Next Generation of Writers
This summer, Endicott hosted the 8th annual Young Writers Workshop alongside the 2nd annual Young Journalists Workshop, welcoming 30 talented high school students representing 19 schools from across the country.
Participants traveled from throughout New England and as far away as Los Angeles. Scholarships helped make the program accessible to students from Lynn Vocational Technical High School, St. Mary's-Lynn, and Salem Academy, while the Wylie Inn accommodated students and families traveling from longer distances.
