Financial Aid Forms for Endicott College

For students applying for the 2025-26 school year:

Household Size Verification Form
A copy of the first two pages of student and parent(s)' 2023 tax returns SIGNED AND DATED along with all schedules, if filed.
If the student or parent did not file taxes for 2023, please complete a 2025-26 Student Non-filer Verification Worksheet and/or 2025-26 Parent Non-filer Verification Worksheet.
A copy of student and parent(s)' 2023 W-2s for all jobs worked in 2023.
If parent(s) did not file taxes, please also provide a Verification of Non-filing letter from the IRS. You can request this online by following these steps:
- “Get Your Tax Record” from the IRS website.
- Click “Get Transcript ONLINE” (If at any point, you cannot validate your identity – for example, you cannot provide financial verification information or you lack access to a mobile phone, you will need to use the “Get Transcript by MAIL” option, also available at the link above).
- Enter the non-filer’s Social Security Number (you can use your ITIN or EIN), e-mail address, filing status, account numbers for loan or credit card associated with your name, and mobile phone associated with your name. This information will be used to verify your identity with the IRS.
- Click “Continue”.
- Select “Verification of Nonfiling Letter” for the correct tax year (i.e. 2023 for 2025-26).
- If successfully validated, you will be able to view your IRS Verification of Non-filing letter, which can be printed out for submission.
