Program Overview
Students interested in pursuing careers in physical therapy, occupational therapy, or as a physician assistant can add our Allied Health concentration. Through rigorous coursework, hands-on laboratory experiences, and experiential learning opportunities, students will develop the knowledge and critical thinking skills needed to succeed in today's dynamic healthcare environment.
Designed with flexibility in mind, the Allied Health concentration allows students to complete prerequisite coursework for many graduate and professional programs while earning their exercise science degree. Students can tailor their academic plan to meet the admission requirements for careers in physical therapy, occupational therapy, and physician assistant studies.
With individualized advising and a challenging, evidence-based curriculum, graduates leave prepared to excel in advanced study and make meaningful contributions to the health and well-being of diverse populations.
