Photography Policy and Services

Requesting Photography Services

Our staff includes photographers who provide photography services for certain Endicott College events—especially those that are featured in College publications, on the College’s website, and in various print and electronic media. We also hire student photographers—usually junior or senior photography majors—who cover College events and other aspects of campus life.

Student and staff photographers do not provide photography services for purposes outside of official College business. The College Communications & Marketing (CCM) hires professional photographers several times a year.

Please provide ample notice so that we can try our best to accommodate your request; please note, however, that we cannot cover every event or accommodate every request. When necessary, an outside photographer may be used, with the costs assumed by the requesting department.

Photography Policy

According to College policy, we do not collect photo release forms from members of our faculty, staff, or student body. Instead, we make the assumption that Endicott faculty, staff, and students will welcome involvement in these activities. As such, we reserve the right to take photographs of campus facilities, events, faculty, staff, and students in any areas of the campus where subjects would not have an expectation of privacy. All photographs taken for or by Endicott College are the property of the College and may be used for Endicott College promotional purposes (electronic and printed publications, websites, web pages, classroom use, advertisements, etc.).
