  • I need help with my laptop. How do I submit a Help Desk Ticket?

    Submit a Help Desk Ticket here. Need in-person support? Visit the Help Desk in the lower level of College Hall, Monday through Friday from 9 a.m.-5 p.m. or call: 978-232-2072.

  • How do I access my campus email account?

    Endicott uses Gmail as our email platform. Simply enter your full Endicott email address and the password that you have set up through the Endicott website.

  • How do I connect to the wireless network?

    Laptops, smartphones, and tablets should connect to the Wi-Fi network called “EndicottWIFI” for the best wireless internet experience using your Endicott email address and password.
