Endicott Mourns Student Killed in Early Morning Accident

9/5/2017

The Endicott College community is devastated to confirm that one of our students, Timothy Glendinning of Boxford, MA, was killed in an accident in the early hours of this morning on Route 128.

The community is profoundly saddened by Tim’s loss and our deepest sympathies are with the Glendinning family. Tim was an outgoing, friendly student who was admired by the entire student body. His smile was ever constant, and he was a delightful young man finding his way and growing into himself. Tim showed immense promise for a bright future. He will be missed deeply by the entire community.

On Tuesday night, the College will have a candlelight vigil to mourn Timothy’s passing and to celebrate the friendship that so many on campus shared with him. It will begin at about 5:45 around the lakes following the cookout.

The full staff of our Counseling Center is available for our students and community, and we are encouraging all to seek support if it is needed. All day Tuesday the counselors and the Chaplain will be available in the Chapel, after which they will continue to be available in the Counseling Center located in Lower Callahan.
