Endicott College presents: Contemporary Dance Master Class: Kimberly Holman of Luminarium Dance Company

This master class will work both our bodies and minds, exploring physicality and finding limits. Holman’s preferred blend of contemporary dance balances the constant support of the floor with defying gravitational pull, which we will explore through rolling, inverting, pelvic initiation, suspension, rapid weight shifts, and jumping. We will follow impulse, introspection, and identity to learn more about how our bodies like to move, and challenge ourselves to find new physical pathways through ourselves and space. Participants ages 15 through adult are welcome to attend.
