With last’s week official beginning of summer 2015, we are only a few weeks short of the 6th anniversary of the Misselwood Concours d’Elegance. The Misselwood Estate, located on the campus of Endicott College, at 407 Hale Street, Beverly, MA, will open its gates the weekend of for a two-day event unlike any other in New England.
The Misselwood Concours weekend will officially begin on July 25th with the picturesque 70 mile Tour d’Elegance following the Essex Coastal Scenic Byway, followed by a champagne luncheon for all tour participants in celebration of the classic automobiles. Cars will be on display on the Newburyport waterfront from and at the Misselwood Estate from , both are free to attend. The day will be completed with a New England Clambake Dinner at the Misselwood Estate, for which tickets can be purchased in advance online.
On Sunday, the ocean side property will be filled with around 120 concours vehicles, including an unrestored 1914 Ford in remarkable condition. Jaguar and Mercedes-Benz are featured marques for 2015, come see two brands with long histories of automotive excellence and style. Breathtaking views and cars are not the only thing to see, there will be fashion shows, fancy hat contests, art exhibits, music, food and much more. Bring the entire family to this spectacular event, you are guaranteed to see something you have never seen before.
Tickets for the Misselwood Concours d’Elegance are currently on sale, $20 general admission tickets, $75 for VIP tickets, and children under 12 are free.
