Shooting-Touch-Sports-Conference

On March 28th and 29th the Sport Management Club represented Endicott College at the 2015 Shooting Touch Spring Sports Conference on The Business of Sports hosted at Babson College. Our students learned valuable information from multiple panels of speakers on topics that included: Front Office/ Team Operations, Broadcasting/Media, Entrepreneurship, Coaching, Footwear/Apparel, and Social Innovation. On these panels were industry leading individuals which included the likes of Jackie MacMullen of ESPN, Brad Stevens of the Boston Celtics, Liz Brunner of Brunner Communications, and Keynote Speaker Kevin Eastman, the Vice President of Basketball Operations for LA Clippers. The two day event served as a great networking event for the members who attended and was a great learning experience! The Club would like to thank the School of Sports Science for their contributions towards the efforts of making this trip such a great success.
