Current Students

Renew housing accommodation(s) for 2024-2025

Students who have been approved to be eligible for housing accommodations need to renew their housing accommodation request each spring for the next academic year. Please submit your housing accommodation renewal request starting Friday, February 16 through Friday, March 15, 2024. The deadline to renew housing accommodations for the 2024-2025 academic year is March 15, 2024.

For rising seniors only:

Students will not be pre-placed in suite style housing. Students will be placed in traditional housing. Rising seniors with housing accommodations will only go through the renewal process if they are seeking traditional housing placement for accommodations. If rising seniors are requesting suite style housing, please follow the Residence Life housing qualification process.

New requests for housing accommodation(s) for 2024-2025

Students requesting a housing accommodation for the first time and/or requesting a new housing accommodation, must submit their requests by Thursday, February 8 at 5 p.m. to be reviewed before the deadline on Friday, March 15, 2024.

To submit a new request for housing accommodation(s), please log into your Endicott email and submit the Accessibility Services Accommodation Request Form with your specific accommodation request(s).

If submitting new documentation, The Housing Accommodations Disability Documentation Form must be submitted by the provider. The provider can email the completed Form to access@endicott.edu or fax it to our office.

When and how will I receive notice of my housing placement?

Students will receive their housing placement from the Office of Residential Life on Monday, March 25 and have until Friday, March 29, 2024 to accept or deny their housing placement.

Incoming First-Year Housing Accommodation Process 2024-2025

Incoming First-Year Students who are interested in requesting housing accommodations for the 2024-2025 academic year need to submit their Accommodation Request Form and their Housing Verification Form by Wednesday, July 10, 2024.

The Accommodation Request Form should be completed by the student only. This form will ask the student to detail their student information as well as identify the accommodation(s) they are requesting.
The Housing Verification Form should be completed by the student's medical provider only. This form will ask the provider to specify the student's diagnosis as well as answer questions related to a housing environment. The completed form can be sent to our email (access@endicott.edu), efax (978-338-0643) or delivered via mail (376 Hale Street, Beverly, MA 01915).

Once the Center for Accessibility Services receives both forms, the student's request will be reviewed. After reviewing, the Center will reach out to the student via their Endicott email address to inquire about their request or provide them with a decision about their housing accommodation application.
