How do I view my billing statement?
When your E-Bill is posted, you will receive an email from the Bursar’s Office that will instruct you to log into your Workday account and select the Finances Tab in your menu to view your bill.
Students:
- Log into your Workday account
- Click on the Finances tab in either “Your Top Apps” or from the MENU bar
- Click on View Statement
- Select the appropriate Academic Period
Parents:
To view the Workday Third Party User Account (Formerly Parent Portal):
- You will first want to activate your account from the email you received when your student granted access to the Friends & Family portal.
- Log into Workday using your unique user ID that was emailed to you when your student added you to “Friends & Family”.
- First time users will want to follow the directions from the email to create your password.
- Select “View Statement”
- Choose the Academic Period you wish to view
- Click OK
If you are experiencing any issues on the Friends & Family portal, you can create a Freshservice Ticket to our IT Deparment.
Please Note: A Friends and Family contact in Workday refers to a designated individual, such as a parent, guardian, family member or friend. Students can add F&F contacts to their profile and grant them limited access to view specific information or perform certain actions on their account. The student must grant permissions access to the F&F contact record. This does not automatically grant access to the F&F to view their account on our Payment Portal Nelnet. The student must also provide “Authorized User” access to F&F members to Nelnet in order to submit a payment on their behalf.
Students can view the job aids and videos to ensure access is set up accurately. Choose the video or job aid for Friends & Family, Emergency & Third Party.
Once you have been granted access as an “Authorized User” in Nelnet, you can log directly into Nelnet to view your student’s account activity and submit a payment, or establish a payment plan on their behalf. Students can authorize up to 10 users on their Nelnet Account.

What is the Financial Responsibility Agreement?
Endicott College is committed to being transparent about its billing and payment policies/procedures and collection requirements. We want our students to be aware of these policies and thus their responsibilities. Our goal is to help our students understand the cost of their education and the financial policies associated with their enrollment at the College.
While information is available on the College’s website, to further support transparency about financial costs and policies, the College will require students to complete a Financial Responsibility Agreement (FRA). Under this agreement, each will acknowledge and agree to their financial obligations and understanding of the related financial policies of the College. The FRA, in conjunction with our website, eBill, letters and other documentation, helps define the College’s expectations for payment and allows us to clearly inform students of our policies related to billing, late payments, IRS Form 1098-T, etc.
As each semester’s registration is considered a separate commitment for which a student must accept financial responsibility, the FRA must be completed online on your Workday Student onboarding every semester prior to accessing your course enrollment. If a student chooses not to complete the FRA, they will not be permitted to participate in the course enrollment process.
