Profile

Kate White, MSHR, Vice President, Human Resources at Endicott College, steers the direction, strategy, planning, and execution of the HR portfolio inclusive of organizational development, talent management, total rewards, learning and development, and HR compliance.

Prior to joining Endicott, Kate served as the Executive Director of HR and Strategic Talent Management for Institutional Advancement at MIT, where she led efforts to support an HR business partner model. Similarly, as Sr. Director of HR at Mass General Brigham (MGB), she strategized with colleagues to foster a successful HR shared services model.

Kate's career includes serving as Chief of Staff at MIT’s Department of Brain and Cognitive Sciences where she provided oversight of department operations and played a pivotal role in advising senior leaders, while spearheading diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives.

Kate also held impactful roles at the Massachusetts Department of Elementary & Secondary Education, PUMA North America, and Tufts University. She earned her B.A. in Sociology from the University of Massachusetts Dartmouth and her M.S. in Human Resource Management from Suffolk University. A member of the Society of Human Resource Management (SHRM) and certified through the Massachusetts Commission Against Discrimination (MCAD), Kate is dedicated to fostering inclusive cultures and driving strategic HR initiatives.
