To commemorate La Chanterelle’s 30th season, we spoke with graduates of the student-run experiential classroom who have gone on to actively apply what they’ve learned in new and exciting hospitality roles.

After experiencing every role in the restaurant industry at Endicott College’s La Chanterelle, Annie Keith ’22 M’23 has become a devoted and hands-on Assistant General Manager at Ledger, where she passes on her knowledge to her staff waiting in the wings.

The first student stagiaire at Endicott College’s La Chanterelle, Jamie Mucci ’18 M’21 stepped up to the plate as a leader. Now she oversees as team of employees as the Assistant Director of Event Operations at Boston College.

As the Executive Director of Misselwood, Eileen Geyer A’90 ’92 has hired and mentored Endicott’s hospitality students, growing their skillsets and deepening their fluency in the hospitality industry.

Endicott College continues to strengthen its Digital Media program, training students in traditional journalism reporting while preparing them to become multimedia storytellers who push limits.

After launching a Red Sox-themed podcast, Endicott College alumnus Jared Carrabis ’14 said he and his co-hosts are like the Beatles whenever they visit Fenway. Carrabis is part of a generation of influencers reshaping how fans connect with sports, blending passion with digital platforms to build communities that go beyond the ballpark.

The Endicott Athletics and Recreation team and their student-athletes have stepped up to keep their Nest and fellow Gulls healthy by leading the COVID-19 testing charge.
