Since I was back home,
that was my goal, my dream
was to go to school and be somebody
like be educated, have a college degree.
I'm so blessed.
Every time I look back, four years ago
I just thank God every day for being here.
All the support.
When I went there, it felt like a family.
All the teachers, the staff,
they are very supportive.
Like when I was about to give up,
they were like 'no, you got this.'
When you picture a family,
you see family protect and family care.
That's what Endicott does.
They'll protect you and they'll care about you.
Coming here, from a poor country
with zero English and now
look at me.
I'm getting my degree in criminal justice.
Endicott built me.
Endicott gave me that power.
You are capable of anything in this country.
My self-esteem, who I am, my personality
was built by Endicott.
They show me the way.
This is how you do it.
