My research has focused on strategies for supporting persons exhibiting severe problem behaviors and communication disorders in a variety of community settings, including homes, classrooms, university clinics, and residential treatment centers. This work has included the areas of teaching communication skills as alternatives to problem behaviors, staff and parent training, and early intensive behavioral intervention. I am also interested in the applied behavior analytic approaches for improving learning in college students in online teaching environments.
