Profile
Meghan Monaco currently serves as the Vice President of Enrollment Management at Endicott College and brings twenty years of recruiting, athletics and financial aid experience to the role. She has led the undergraduate admission operation of the College since 2018 and in that time the College has received record numbers of applications, new student enrollments and increased academic quality each year. In her first year, she instituted several changes that led to a 40% increase in applications in just one admission cycle. A passionate advocate for diversity, equity and inclusion, she led the recruitment of the most diverse class in the College’s history in 2023.
Meghan was appointed Vice President of Enrollment Management in 2021 and tasked with the additional responsibilities of graduate admissions and financial aid. With her leadership the graduate admission team has seen increased applications, new student enrollment and revenue growth. She has implemented financial aid strategy to ensure only modest increases to the tuition discount rate, despite the significant competition across the higher education landscape.
Meghan started her career in the admission and athletics fields as an undergraduate student at her alma mater, Hobart and William Smith Colleges; followed by four years at Stonehill College where she served roles in admission with the women’s lacrosse team. The program captured the 2005 Division II National Championship in her first year as assistant coach. Meghan arrived at Endicott in 2008 as an admission staff member and Head Women’s Lacrosse Coach, where she boasted a 51-4 conference record and the team captured the Commonwealth Coast Conference Championship in each of her six years as head coach.
Meghan is an active member of the National Association of College Admission Counseling (NACAC) and the New England Association of College Admission Counseling (NEACAC), where she has held leadership positions on the governing board.
