Dr. Gregory Boucher is an adjunct professor at Endicott College and a veteran law enforcement professional with more than three decades of experience in local, federal, and military law enforcement. During his career, he has served in investigative, supervisory, and leadership positions involving complex criminal investigations, organizational risk, and professional development. He holds a Doctor of Education in Educational Leadership from Liberty University and has extensive experience teaching and developing curriculum for adult and graduate learners. His academic teaching experience includes criminal law, civil law, homeland security, leadership, and related legal and professional topics.
Beyond law enforcement and higher education, Dr. Boucher has extensive experience in athletics as a football coach and sports leader. His background provides students with a practitioner-focused perspective on the legal and ethical issues affecting modern athletics, including liability, negligence, risk management, organizational governance, athlete and coach responsibilities, and institutional decision-making. By combining experience in law, education, leadership, and competitive athletics, he brings a practical approach to Sports Law that connects legal principles to the situations students are likely to encounter throughout their careers in the sports industry.
