Carly is the Assistant Director of the M.S. in Sport Leadership Program at Endicott College and an alumna of the program. As a primary advisor and assistant professor, she helps oversee the graduate program and supports students as they work toward their academic and professional goals. Her work focuses on fostering a culture of compassion, commitment, and student success.
Carly is also the head coach of the Endicott College Women’s Rugby team, a role she has held since 2018. Under her leadership, the program has earned 12 conference titles, five regional titles, and four national championships.
