Tony Ferullo joined Endicott College in 2012 and is currently the Vice President of Finance & COO. Tony started at the College as the Senior Financial System Analyst, and later was promoted to Treasurer. As the Vice President of Finance & COO, Tony oversees all business services and accounting functions of the College as well as Misselwood Events, Wylie Inn and Conference Center, Food Service, Physical Plant, Public Safety, and Information Technology.
Since 2016 Tony has managed numerous strategic financial initiatives including the construction of seven new buildings at a cost of over $125 million while also maintaining low debt levels and strong cash flows. Under Tony’s management the College’s endowment has grown from $67.2m in 2016 to approximately $160m today.
Tony has extensive experience in higher education finance starting out at KPMG where he was a Senior Auditor who focused on higher education and other not-for-profit clients. He has also held financial management positions at Merrimack College and Emerson College where he served as the Associate Vice-President for Budget and Planning. Tony is a Certified Public Accountant and earned a Bachelor’s of Science in Business Administration from Boston University. In 2023 Tony was recognized as CFO of the year by the Boston Business Journal.
