Allison has worked at Endicott since 2007, dedicating many years to the recruitment of undergraduate students within the Office of Admission. Most recently shifting her professional focus to the visit experience for prospective students for both the undergraduate and graduate admission offices. In addition to her role in admission, Allison serves on the DEIB task force.
