Grounded in radical behaviorism, Endicott's Ph.D. in Applied Behavior Analysis trains graduates as scientist-practitioners. Endicott’s Ed.D. combines a students’ practical knowledge and experience, to develop forward thinking change-makers committed to excellence, equity, and innovation who are prepared to lead in PreK-12, international, and higher education settings.
