The timelines below reflect when Endicott students are most actively searching for internship and co-op opportunities.
Because many organizations recruit for summer internships during the fall semester, we encourage employers to post opportunities early. We are happy to promote these positions to students, internship faculty, and academic departments to maximize visibility and help employers connect with a strong pool of qualified candidates.
Fall Recruiting (September-October):
Students are typically seeking:
- Spring semester-long internships (January-May)
- Spring co-ops (January-June)
- Full-time opportunities and summer internships with early recruiting timelines
Posting summer internships during the fall semester provides students with early access to opportunities to maximize visibility among students and internship faculty.
Spring Recruiting (February-March):
Students are typically seeking:
- Fall semester-long internships (September-December)
- Fall co-ops (July-December)
- Most summer internships and post-graduation opportunities
