Filing an Internal Grievance or Complaint
Any employee of Endicott College, including faculty, staff, contractor, administrator, or student, should report an incident of discrimination, harassment, academic quality, academic integrity, institutional policies, institutional procedures, or other institutional matters in writing, phone, or in person, to an employee at the manager level or to any official of the College with whom they feel comfortable. Complaints may also be referred directly to Human Resources: 978-232-2086.

Confidentiality
The investigation of complaints will make confidentiality a priority throughout the process.

Retaliation
Retaliation towards any individual who either files a complaint or participates in the investigation of a complaint will not be tolerated and is subject to disciplinary measures. Any individual who feels they have experienced retaliation should contact human resources.
