Stole of Gratitude
The Endicott Stole of Gratitude is a College tradition and a symbol of thanks. Worn during the Commencement Ceremony, the stole carries the best wishes and sincere appreciation of the graduate. Following the ceremony, the graduate presents the stole to someone who provided extraordinary help or support. Recipients include parents, relatives, or mentors – anyone who may have helped with wisdom, encouragement, or financial assistance. More than one stole may be worn during Commencement, symbolizing that there are many people in the graduate's life deserving of such a gift. The stoles are available in the bookstore for $19.95 each.
Guests with Mobility Issues
All guests with mobility issues must fill out the Barrier Free Form (will be available Spring 2018) by May 10, 2018 to make appropriate arrangements. Both field and bleacher seating are accessible for ticket holders. If guests must be accompanied, it must be with a ticket holder. Areas for persons with disabilities parking will be available for guests who have notified us according to the parking guidelines. There will be ASL interpreters at the ceremony. If you have any questions or concerns, please contact Barbara Lucier via email: email@example.com
With the large number of graduates and guests expected at the 2018 Commencement, Endicott College will be using both on- and off-campus parking lots on Thursday, May 17, 2018.
Parking on campus will be allowed on a first-come, first-served basis, so we highly encourage all guests and graduates to arrive early and carpool if possible. Officers will direct vehicles throughout the day.
General access parking will be available through the East Gate (near Brindle Hall) and Stoneridge Lane (across from the Wylie Inn). All general access parking must enter from these two points. The main gate is reserved for VIP, emergency vehicles, and those guests with barrier-free reserved parking. <Barrier-free parking form (PDF)>
Once campus parking is full, vehicles will be diverted to the off-site parking lot at North Shore Music Theatre. Parking attendants and signage will direct guests to these lots at 62 Dunham Road, Beverly, Mass. (usually a ten-minute ride from College, but traffic may increase driving time). It is suggested that guests arrive to the North Shore Music Theatre first, rather than attempting to find parking on campus. Shuttles will provide transportation to and from campus throughout the day.
