Reunion 2021 – Saturday, August 7
Endicott College is excited to invite alumni back to campus this summer for a one-day Reunion event. We will be welcoming all alumni from 2020 and 2021 who are celebrating their 5th–35th reunions. This includes the Classes of 1985, 1986, 1990, 1991, 1995, 1996, 2000, 2001, 2005, 2006, 2010, 2011, 2015, and 2016.

Masks & Social Distancing
Will I need to wear a mask?
Yes, all guests and all staff on campus for reunion events need to have a mask on at all times, unless they are actively eating or drinking away from other guests.
Will masks be provided?
We strongly encourage you to bring your own mask. We will also have complimentary reusable masks available at registration. Additionally, we encourage you to review the CDC Guidelines on mask wearing before you arrive.
What does socially distant mean?
We are referring to a distance of at least 6 feet from another individual not in your immediate group.
If I'm socially distant from other guests can I take my mask off?
No, you should have a mask on at all times unless you are actively eating or drinking away from other guests.
Why can't I stay on campus in a residence hall this year?
Due to COVID-19, the events and conferencing department who handles our usual on-campus residence halls is not offering overnight accommodations for groups this summer.
Can I stay at the Wylie Inn this year?
At this time the Inn is currently unavailable as it is being utilized as a campus residence hall for Endicott students. We have set up two room blocks at hotels in Salem, Mass., the Salem Waterfront Hotel & Suites and the Hampton Inn Salem Boston.
I already made a reservation at the Wylie Inn. Can I cancel it?
Yes, reservations can be made up to 72 hours prior to your reservation without a cancellation fee. Please call the inn directly at 866-333-0859.
How do I make a reservation in the room block, and what does it cost?
To participate in the room block, please call one of the two hotels directly to book your room.
Salem Waterfront Hotel & Suites can be reached at 978-740-8788. There is a two-night minimum stay. Room selections include standard doubles, junior suites, superior queens, and a superior king. Discounted nightly rates within the room block range from $199–$269 before tax.
Hampton Inn Salem Boston can be reached at 978-414-3100. There is no minimum stay. Room selections include queen doubles and kings. Discounted nightly rates within the room block range from $189–$199 before tax.
TransportationIf I am staying in one of the two Salem hotels, will there be transportation provided to and from Endicott?
Yes, there will be shuttle transportation provided at specific times. A schedule will be shared with guests staying at those hotels before the event.
Will there be transportation around campus?
Yes, there will be campus shuttles throughout the day. We ask that you only sit in designated spots on the shuttle that are set up to be socially distanced. A route will be provided to guests prior to the event.
COVID-19 Testing, Symptoms, & ReportingThe specifics of our testing and reporting requirements will be shared closer to June and August event dates. We will establish the necessary health precautions based on the most updated CDC recommendations and Massachusetts state guidelines and will share the requirements here and via email to our registrants. As of right now, it is too early to confirm what these will look like.
RegistrationWhen does registration open?
Registration for the June event is open now! The registration timeline for the August event is still being determined.
How do I register?
Registration is online this year and once open will be available on this page, there will be no mail in registration forms. If you need help registering, please call the Alumni Office at 978-232-2401 and we will register you over the phone.
What do I do if I have handicap and/or accessibility needs for the event?
There is space on the registration form to request accommodations; you may also reach out to our office directly to further discuss.
Where do I make note of allergies or dietary restrictions?
There is question on the registration about allergies and dietary restrictions, and we encourage you to be detailed here. We share all information directly with our catering team.
Is there anything else I need to know about registering?
You will need to sign off that you acknowledge and agree to the rules and guidelines of the event. This includes signing a risk waiver and providing a negative test upon arrival.
What if I register and then decide I cannot or do not want to attend?
We completely understand. Please be sure to call or email the Office of Alumni Relations at 978-232-2401 or email@example.com as soon as you make this decision. We will remove you from planning documents and will also discuss refund options.
