Kenneth Riaf
Profile
Kenneth Riaf has taught at Endicott College as a visiting lecturer and adjunct instructor for fifteen years. He is a former longshoreman and commercial fisherman out of Gloucester, Mass where he currently practices civil law.
He served as legal counsel and attorney for the SeaStead Project, the first federally licensed open ocean aquaculture facility in the US Exclusive Economic Zone.
