Rebecca Doyon

Rebecca began her career as Business high school teacher. During that period of time she discovered her passion for the hospitality industry and worked in restaurants as a prep-chef, baker, and customer service. In 2014 she opened her own business and has provided restaurants with reputable desserts ever since. She has over a decade of experience in the industry, and continues to pursue her dual passions of working with students and making desserts as the pastry instructor for La Chanterelle.
