Coordinate all campus transportation services. This includes the on-campus shuttle, the in-house Beverly Depot shuttle, the contracted off-campus shuttle, as well as overseeing the Endicott vans. In addition, the Transportation Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating the Endicott van reservation schedule, assisting with coordinating transportation for large-scale campus events, and overseeing the golf cart and van driver trainings. 
Advertise the off-campus van/bus schedules
Coordinate Endicott-employed van drivers and student van drivers
Coordinate the off-campus shuttle with contracted transportation company to monitor and respond to the transportation email account and phone line
Coordinate upkeep of campus-owned vans, including maintenance requests and general cleaning
Coordinate Endicott van reservation schedule
Serve as transportation’s main point of contact for major campus events (i.e. commencement, orientation, alumni weekend, accepted students day, etc.)
Coordinate golf/van driver certification courses with Public Safety 
Coordinate MBTA pass purchase/pick-up
Support transportation needs for large-scale events as a member of the Student Affairs team
Fill in as a shuttle driver as needed
Other duties as assigned


Strong desire to work in a college setting 
Excellent organizational, interpersonal, written and communication skills. 
Ability to work well independently as well as part of a team atmosphere.
Ability to work in a fast paced, and dynamic work environment. 
Intermediate understanding of Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Google Suite/Application. 
Willingness and ability to occasionally work a flexible schedule including nights and weekends for large campus-wide events
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
