Description

Facilitate all College Communications and Marketing jobs and projects from initial client interaction through delivery of the final product on-time and within budget. 
 
1. Work directly with the College Communications and Marketing department directors to coordinate and produce all College Communications and Marketing projects.  Assist in managing design and web team schedules, gather information and make recommendations on best print/other options for communications initiatives.  Counsel and support CCM account managers in planning, scheduling, and execution of communications projects.  Assist in managing graphic designer workflow.
2. Assist the Art Director and campus leaders in producing 6-10 major publications annually including but not limited to two alumni magazines, an annual report, College Facts and Figures, and Art calendar.
3. Manage the photo archiving process
4. Work with an integrated marketing team to understand timing needs to complete each step of a complex product.  Develop a production schedule for each product and hold team members accountable to the production schedule(s) and make adjustments to ensure on-time delivery of all projects.
5. Manage the vendor bidding and procurement process for all creative marketing projects.  Communicate knowledgeably with external vendors, such as printers and promotional item producers regarding specifications, production, delivery timelines, and shipping.  Creates positive vendor relationships.
6. Coordinate with Office Administrator to process invoices

Qualifications

Bachelor’ degree in an appropriate field required; Master’s degree preferred.
1-2 years experience in managing and/or trafficking creative projects in an agency, marketing/communications firm, PR organization or higher education setting. 
Strong oral and written communications skills
Understanding of print production and digital marketing
Excellent organizational skills especially in managing multiple projects at any one point
Able to work well independently and take initiative on new projects.
Ability to work well with a diversity of personalities.
Positive team player with a keen problem-solving skill.
