Description

Manage Endicott Research Center (ERC) external survey work including correspondence, billing, document preparation, and office operations including budgeting, payroll, scheduling, and purchasing records. Coordinate with College departments in areas of catalog development, meeting minutes, ERC sponsored campus events, and DOHE and NECHE visits.
 
RESPONSIBILITIES:
 
1. Serve as the primary contact to the Endicott Research Center
2. Create and execute survey timeline/schedule of deployment and revise as appropriate to meet needs of either the College or the client
3. Maintain constant and effective communication with survey clients as well as individual inquiries requiring assistance
4. Manage survey documents from initial registration through final survey reporting are accurate, complete, and current
5. Prepare, send, and maintain client invoice records
6. Collect delinquent invoices
7. Identify potential survey clients, write survey statements aligned with educational standards, and coordinate the development process.
8. Support various College committees (Planning, Assessment, Compliance and Regulations) which includes scheduling, minutes of meetings, document preparation and maintenance 
9. Serve as Primary Emergency Building Administrator for ERC staff
10. Maintain accurate budgeting, payroll, scheduling, and purchasing records 
11. Manage and coordinate with college departments the undergraduate catalog
12. Support PERG (payroll, purchasing, mail) 
13. Support the Executive Director on DOHE and NECHE requirements
14. Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

Bachelor degree required
Marketing experience a plus
Effective customer service experience required
Ability to answer questions/troubleshoot issues for internal and external clients
Basic understanding of the accreditation process
Excellent interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills
Ability to be a team player as well as work independently and take initiative in solving problems
Knowledge of Microsoft office programs
Ability to handle considerable detail and work on multiple tasks
