Description

The Assistant Director position will focus on providing support to the Director of the Athletic Administration Program in the area of program promotion and recruitment.  Specific responsibilities include:

-assist the director in generating leads/inquiries to the master’s degree program

-assist with follow-up to leads by phone calls and/or electronic communication

-attend promotional events and help with traditional or digital campaigns

-assist with scheduling social media (Facebook and Twitter) posts

-assist with recruiting undergraduate full-time students to attend the master’s degree program.

 

Qualifications

Master’s degree required.

Good writing skills and experience writing and editing promotional content is required.

Previous experience with promotion of academic programs and offerings very desirable.

Must have reliable transportation to attend off-site recruiting events.
