1. Cleans College buildings including bathrooms, kitchens, offices and classrooms.
2. Replaces paper and toilet products; replace accessible light bulbs
3. Performs dusting, vacuuming and furniture waxing.  Sweeps and mops floors
4. Cleans and washes walls, baseboards and doors.
5. Cleans windows
6. Removes trash
7. Monitors outside of buildings
8. Performs others duties as needed to achieve the goals of the department
9. Essential Personnel


Prior experience in institutional cleaning preferred
Basic understanding of cleaning methods and materials
Ability to lift up to 35 lbs.
Own transportation
Ability to work overtime as requested by Supervisor required
Must provide proof of valid Massachuetts driver’s license and registration
Essential personnel - Ability to respond to emergencies
