The School of Sport Science & Fitness Studies at Endicott College is currently seeking applicants for the Clinical Coordinator position within the Exercise Science program.  The Clinical Coordinator will serve as the clinical supervisor to Exercise Science students as they pursue various career goals. This position also includes teaching responsibilities, advising, and other assigned duties.  Experience teaching and advanced knowledge in Exercise Physiology, Exercise Testing, Kinesiology, Motor Learning or similar courses is preferred.  Responsibilities include:

1. Assists students in securing clinical/internship placements. 

2. Ensures students meet the immunization requirements, background checks and other requirements of various clinical settings.   
3. Processes clinical contracts where appropriate. 
4. Instructs exercise science courses as determined by the dean of the School of Sport Science (up to 5 per academic year). 
5. Evaluates clinical sites to maintain high academic standards. 
6. Advises students in the Exercise Science major.  
7. Participates in service and scholarship activities. 
8. Attends Admission events and presents information related to clinical education. 
9. Works with the Career Center to create opportunities for students and maintain alumni database. 
10. Assists with NEASC assessment. 


Master's degree required.
 Minimum of two years prior college level teaching and advising experience.
Experience with assessment and evaluation.
Strong attention to detail.
Exemplary communication and interpersonal skills.
