  1. Teaches four courses per semester: Critical Reading & Writing I and II, other composition courses, and literature courses as needed and depending on individual’s expertise.

  2. Advises and mentors students;

  3. Maintains an active publishing and/or research agenda;

  4. Provides service to the Department, School and the College;

  5. Performs other duties as required and as allowed by the ECFA-Endicott Contract.



Qualification include:

  • Ph.D. in English or in Rhetoric and Composition by time of appointment.
  • Active publishing and/or research agenda.
  • Commitment to and experience teaching and mentoring undergraduates
