1. Teach four (4) courses in a calendar year.
2. Assist the Dean of Graduate Professional Education in oversight of student
recruitment for all Professional Graduate Education existing and new programs,
with the expectation of increasing enrollments in all programs. Monitor, modify,
and implement marketing plan for new and existing programs.
3. Assist the Dean of Graduate Professional Education in providing oversight and
leadership for Professional Graduate Education programs, including oversight for
the Applied Behavioral Analysis programs, the Ed.D. Educational Leadership
program; Higher Education, PreK-12, and International. Additionally assist Dean
of Graduate Professional Education in providing oversight and leadership for the
M.Ed. in Higher Education Leadership, Certificate in Social Emotional
Development, off-site Nonlicensure programs, and the Professional Development
program, as necessary.
4. Assist the Dean in developing and monitoring the implementation of rigorous
curriculum, assessments, course evaluations, curricular revisions, semester review
of syllabi, course scheduling development, and submission for all graduate
education programs.
5. Oversee student advisement to assure consistent communication for students in
the Graduate Professional Education programs; doctoral, masters, certificate, and
professional development programs. Leadership in this area to include being
available to students for timely and consistent response to student issues,
including advising.
6. Assist with writing self-studies, proposals, and updates with reference to new and
existing programs, as necessary.
7. Actively pursues professional academic scholarship.
8. Actively participate in professional organizations relevant to responsibilities.
9. Perform other duties as assigned by the Dean of Graduate Professional Education


1. Doctoral degree required
2. Experience in recruiting adults
3. Minimum of 3-5 years’ experience in the Higher Education and/or PreK-12
educational system
4. Excellent presentation skills, both in individual and group settings
5. Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work well with others
6. Excellent written and oral communication skills
