Description

1. Provides the Director and Academic Dean with administrative and administrative support, including handling projects, data and word processing, internet research, filing, answering phones, ordering supplies/marketing materials, and providing information as needed. 
 
2. Coordinates the master schedule of operations for the campus (making sure there is coverage, security, and accessibility for adjunct and staff).
 
3. Maintains schedule of courses and room assignments for classes; including digital input to make schedule available online. Posts the schedule of classes publically and on the digital display board. Makes reservations for use of space for meetings and academic projects as needed.   
 
4. Oversee the front-desk and reception area (including the opening of the center at 9 am).  Greet students, staff and faculty, as well as guest and visitors.  
 
5. Assists with all building related functions, including overseeing vendor relationships with the cleaning company, pest control, and maintenance personnel. 
 
6. Assists with Hunter Security timesheets, and checks sign-off of Hunter Security personnel.  
 
7. Maintains office and classrooms, including ordering supplies for the office, requesting support from IT, maintenance of bulletin boards. Ensure that the school is always presentable for students and guest visiting. 
 
8. Coordinates with staff for annual events and internal functions: Homecoming, Family Picnic, Commencement, Field trips and other events (set up of transportation, meal tickets, and logistics), staff meetings, training, and use of space for recruitment events).  
 
9. Other duties as assigned. 

Qualifications

• Completion of associate degree or equivalent; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Two to three years of office experience, preferably in an educational or a college setting.
• Excellent computer skills with proficiency using Microsoft office, Google suite and other applications.
• Excellent organization and interpersonal skills required.
• Must be able to be flexible and able to handle multiple tasks as required
• This position is located at our Endicott Boston Campus, 200 Tremont Street
