The mission of the Endicott College School of Nursing is to prepare graduates to practice in a complex and ever-changing healthcare environment. Our pre-licensure program currently serves over 350 students.  In addition to our prelicensure program, our Van Loan School offers a Master of Science program with four concentration options as well as post-master certificate programs and a PhD in Nursing program. The SON faculty includes outstanding educators and researchers in nursing.
The School of Nursing at Endicott College invites applicants for a part-time adjunct faculty position teaching the didactic content of Nursing Research. We are interested in hiring dynamic faculty who have a strong interest in educational excellence, and innovation to prepare nurses of the future. Prior experience with classroom teaching is preferred but not required.
Responsibilities include:
  • Teaches the classroom component of the Nursing Research course in the in the Baccalaureate Nursing program in accordance with professional standards and accreditation requirements of the college and the facility.
  • Holds office hours as needed.
  • Evaluates teaching/learning activities
  • Participates in adjunct faculty orientation activities


  • Master’s in Nursing required.
  • Must have or be eligible for RN licensure in Massachusetts
  • Prior teaching experience in a Baccalaureate nursing program desired
  • Demonstrated ability to relate to college age students
  • Demonstrate excellent interpersonal and collaborative skills
