At Endicott, Catherine teaches INT 100, INT 200 and INT 379. In addition she counsels and advises students individually in career search and internship preparation process. She coordinates with Internship site sponsors and supervisors regarding internship criteria and responsibilities and develops relationships with new sponsors and partners to create a robust offering of internship and career positions.
Prior to joining Endicott in 2013, Catherine spent over three years at Babson College as an Associate Director in the MBA Career Center where she advised MBA candidates in all aspects of job search strategies and career assessment. Before Babson she worked as a consultant for Keystone Associates, a premier outplacement firm during the economic downturn in 2009 and 2010. There she provided coaching and career management support to recently laid off professionals from mid-level to senior executives from a myriad of industries and disciplines.
Catherine also has an extensive background in Human Resources, with particular expertise in talent acquisition, executive coaching and high performance business results.
Catherine has a BS from The Isenberg School of Management at the University of Massachusetts at Amherst and an MS in Leadership from Northeastern University.
