Caitlin has worked in student affairs and residence life for over a decade. Caitlin came to Endicott in July of 2016 excited to oversee a large housing operation with a great sense of community. Caitlin is passionate about building community, college tradition, first-year student transition, and seeing students and staff grow.
Caitlin came to Endicott from Emerson College in Boston Massachusetts where she worked as the Assistant Director of Residence Life Training for seven academic years. At Emerson she specialized in staff development, team dynamics, crisis response, and student inclusion. Caitlin is invested in first-year success on campus. At Emerson she oversaw the first year seminar program where she designed the curriculum 'Students Taking Active Roles' taught in the classroom, and trained faculty in best instruction practices. Prior to her time at Emerson College, Caitlin worked at Utica College as a Residence Director and the Women's Assistant Lacrosse Coach.
Caitlin holds a Masters Degree in Educational Leadership from Utica College and a Bachelors in Business Marketing.
