This year marks the 25th anniversary of Dr. Richard E. Wylie’s presidency at Endicott College. During his tenure, Dr. Wylie has transformed Endicott from a struggling, nearly bankrupt institution 25 years ago into a robust College with close to 5,000 students that US News and World Report named this year as a top University in the Northeast. The College is seen as a major economic generator for Beverly and the North Shore, infusing more than $50 million back into the local economy the past year.
On May 5, 2012, there will be a Black-Tie Gala to recognize Dr. Wylie for all of his extraordinary accomplishments and service at Endicott College. Due to an overwhelming response from Trustees, Sponsors, Alumni and friends, the Gala is already sold out!
Most importantly, the proceeds from the gala will benefit student scholarships at Endicott College. Our goal is to raise $500,000, all to help students in need of financial assistance. We hope that you might consider making a gift in special recognition of Dr. Wylie and help us reach our goal so that Endicott College can increase its support to deserving students in need.
