Endicott College students and graduates are prepared to enter the professional world through a unique combination of academic and internship training.

Recruiting Policies
Employers may post full-time, part-time, temporary, and seasonal job opportunities for Endicott students and alumni under the following guidelines:
The employer abides by the Principles for Professional Conduct for Career Services and Employment Professionals, as established by the National Association of Colleges and Employers: www.naceweb.org/principles/default.htm
Employers may not post job opportunities that require students to purchase or rent any type of presentation or sales material/supplies, or pay a fee for training or placement.
These guidelines also apply to the kinds of opportunities for which employers may recruit at any on-campus event, including job fairs, employer tables, and on-campus interviews.
These guidelines apply to Endicott employees who wish to post jobs for Endicott students through the Career Center.

Post jobs and search resumes for Endicott students and alumni. There is no charge for these services, and you may register on the College Central site, or you may contact the Career Center for assistance.
On Campus Recruiting
The Career Center invites employers to the Endicott College campus to participate in a variety of activities designed to meet the recruitment efforts of individual organizations.
Employers may reserve an interview room to conduct on-campus interviews and small group orientations. Employers may contact the Career Center to request an information packet or access our online brochure of services.
