Anthony F. Pastelis, Ph.D. - Dr. Pastelis received his Ph.D. in Education Administration from the Lynch School of Education at Boston College. He did his undergraduate work at Northeastern University, and his Masters studies at Emmanuel College. Prior to entering the field of education, Dr. Pastelis held a variety of management positions in the publishing and communications fields. Dr. Pastelis has extensive experience in K-12 education as a teacher and administrator. He served as an elementary school principal for seven years before moving full-time into higher education. In addition to his work at Endicott, Dr. Pastelis has taught at Boston College, Lesley University, Regis College, Northern Essex Community College and Northeastern University. Dr. Pastelis specializes in the role the practicum (student teaching) experience plays in the development of the teacher. His research interests include studying the integration of technology into the K-12 curriculum, the opportunities presented by school choice, private and charter school models and development, change in education, and Catholic School administration and marketing. He and his wife Andrea reside in Rochester, NH.
